Our Abattoir

At Agrams, we butcher our own beef, lamb, and goats to our own high quality standards. Our farm aged beef which is aged for a minimum of 21 days is available for freezer orders. Customers may purchase whole, half or a portion of beef. We also have lamb and goats available.

Custom Butchering and Processing

Our full process services for hunters enables a hunter to drop off their wild game at our abattoir and then pick up packaged cut meat ready for storage or cooking. Hunters can also select portions of their wild game to be processed into sausages or to be smoked. Our Abattoir is located just behind our store.
